Carbon (Merge) 6 max/ 6 max DONs mixup

In the SNG wizard the NLHE (6 max) format is read as a DON format (33.3,33.3,33.3)

Please correct this, I need to properly check 6 max. Also, merge eliminated 6 max DONs, so it is of no use anymore
