Just Paid for and downloaded HM but it will not install! :(

Hi i am trying to install HM but it fails when trying to install Postgresql with the following error:

sorry could not install postgresql

and because of this it seems Hm will not work at all.

i have emailed support but i thought i would post here just in case you guys c help me resolve the problem quicker..

I am on win 7 64bit.

I also tried to install Postgresql individually from there website which also failed...

Turn on the secondary Logon. The secondary logon service is a standard windows service which is available on every windows computer. In the latest versions it is not started automatically. You need to start it via control panel > administrative tools > services. Starting it once should insure it works in the future also.
