You don't give much details but ok. Try Import File(s) and choose only one file for a first test.

    Details would be:
    Operation system
    HM Version
    Pokersite
How many hands, which type of hands (exported from HM, PT... or minded hands.)

About 100k hands from Pokertracker's processed folder. A lot of them are games other than Omaha if that makes any difference. I don't know how to separate them. When I tried one file at a time, it worked fine.

Please try the latest Beta: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Disable UAC or start all HM exes (HMHUD.exe, HM.exe, HMImport.exe) as administrator

and give the import process some time

You should try to only import some files in one run

And also check your harddisk. Is it very full?
