HUD doesn't show up with Betmost / ipoker

Me and my house mate are having some problems: The HUD doesn't show up.

HEM is importing hands

On my house mate's computer I have reinstalled with the latest version and overwritten the database. The table finder option works.

Any solutions to this problem / are other people experiencing this issue?
