    Default Problems since last update...........

    Two problems since last update.............

    1) Cannot access any data reports,graphs,anything keep getting ERROR 42501 permission denied.........

    and 2) when I try to import HHs from a desktop folder it says x number of files to import and then treats every HH as an import error and no hands are imported

    HELP NEEDED ASAP PLEASE.........THANKS

    edit.............reports now appearing ok bug must have cleared but hands not being imported into data...........

    when I request copy HHs from stars and import them a few of them are imported as duplicates but most are missed..............

    last two sessions are not appearing in report data or in sessions and try as I must to request hands from stars and re import them no good will not import.

    HELP PLEASE ASAP,CANNOT PLAY WHILST MY DATA IS NOT BEING RECORDED........HUD SEEMS TO BE WORKING FINE HANDS JUST NOT GOING INTO DATABASE.

    Please install the latest version: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe

    Please check this thread to make sure you’ve the correct import folders setup for your site

    On the import TAB check if there are import errors showing up, if so can you create a new database http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database and see if there is also import errors with that database

    Hands sent as requested..........please reply asap as can see this issue costing me quite a bit in missed bonus money by now not possibly playing required number of hands by end of month,Thanks.

    Latest update.........seems to have a mind of its own......just played 244 hands 25nl on stars,according to HUD and cash in my account I won just over $21.......................according to sessions tab I played 232 hands and won just over $7.

    One hand where I won +$25 with a nut flush isnt in the data at all.

    When I request HHs and manually import them they are all treated as duplicate hands......................this is making a right mess of my stats...............

    What you can check before support replies:
    Create a new database and import the last session into this database - how does it look?

    Done that todays data looks correct in new database,correct hands and winnings...............what do I do now?????????

    and make it perfectly clear please,or a teamviewer session might be handy before I mess things up

    It's possible a hand you played won't show up in HoldemManager, when your date filter is set to TODAY...
    .. but due to a time difference between the clock of the pokerclient (written to the handhistory files) and your local time / computer's clock, that hand will show up in HoldemManager as yesterday's hand (or even 1 day into the future).

    So check if you can see all hands if you:
    -1 clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)
    -2 set the date filter to ALL HANDS.
