I am not sure, but I am guessing it is going to involve a lot of converting and checking the accuracy. I doubt it will be easy. I will escalate this to our developers for a reply.
Sorry, I don't know of any way - possibly a tool that can replace text in multiple files at once. I know there are programs like that - then you can say
replace abc123 with Fold. Do that for all the actions and it may work
