When i enter hem i try to enter myself on optization list and then it says u cant select an alias that does not have any players attached to it. Then i ignore and optimize it and then start auto import, but it wont find anything. it says: Auto update did not find any new files. trying again in 5 seconds. And when i go to tourney i get: you have not selected a player to run this report against. Please click on change. What to do?

For creating an alias you have to import hands first.
I suggest you start with the quick start quide and then come back with more detailled questions.
