Can you please answer these questions.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12? The latest beta release.
2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site? Pokerstars only
2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button? Yes
3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site? Yes
4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ? Yes C:\Program Files\PokerStars\Handhistory\Corkeye
5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager? Yes
5a) Do they import if you create a new database? yes
6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work? No couldnt get it to work
7) If you open the HH are they written in English? Yes
8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled? Yes
9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file? yes
Could you be specific please, because Roy just Released 1.09 beta 8 last night. Is it 1.09 beta 7 newer? You need the latest version for the HUD to work with tourneys on Pokerstars, because of the recent Stars updates.Originally Posted by corkeye

Does the top bar of your HEM specifically say 1.09 beta 7? I want to be sure it updated properly.
If it does, I am going to ask that you send an email to fabio@holdemmanager.net with a link to this thread. Then he can setup a TeamViewer session to get you up and running
no it still say 1.08 - good point. i'll re download the update.
Make sure you 'save' the download to your PC, and then find the installer and double-click it. Make sure HEM is closed before you do.
now the bar say 1.09 beta 8 and i just started a HU s n g and the HUD is still not working
it now works - sorry.
