Connection Establishment Timeout
Hey guys,
I just tried to open HEM and I got the following error up on my screen:
Then the Database Control Panel for PostgreSQL comes up.
This morning I installed an antivirus program on my computer and a firewall, so I'm guessing that this is what is causing the problem. But I added HEM to the Firewall program to allow it, and then closed the program and tried again but it didn't work.
Can anybody give me some advice on how to fix this?
