Can I delete data from playerhandscashkeycolumns?

Basically I send some money to someone over a cash table (need 90 days deposit history on FT to send money) and left HEM running when I did it.

Is there anyway to delete this -$230 from HEM? I can't delete rows in playerhandscashkeycolumns.

Just Delete the HH in the Cash TAB, right click and choose delete selected hand history.

HHs are already deleted - is it possible to delete a session?

Did you delete them using the purge option? If so do a complete delete here: http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=152

Have run "purge hands" its still there.

Can it not be manually deleted via the database?

I presume its just those 2 HH you want to get rid of.

Are you sure that youve set the purge filters correctly, you should set it like the attached screenshot exactly. If that dosent work ill see if i can arrange a teamviewer session and have a look because thats strange that it wont delete them:

Would I be able to connect using www.teamviewer.com to see what is happening? They should be deleted but doesn't look like that worked properly. I'd like to look in the DB to see what's happening. Please e-mail support@holdemmanager.net if this works for you
