Prefetch hands in HEM2

Hi!
I can't seem to get prefetch hands to work properly in HEM2, sometimes it shows stats of players before i sit down and then when i open another table it doesnt??? I have version 2.0.0.5041 and play at Pokerstars.

I also have HEM1 installed and there it works fine. Thanx!
