Importing problem

Hi,

I have a problem importing hand histories with Holdem Manager. I have amended the options on Full Tilt to align with the auto import folder I have selected on the Manager. I know it works, because I have some of the hands in Manager, but it's stopped working. The bar which shows import progress on the import screen remains grey constantly, and if I click stop import to try it manually, it just goes to 'stopping' indefinitely. Help please!
