Instalation Problem
I am having a problem installing Holdem manager on my computer. I have had it installed before but it stopped working. So I haven't had it on here for little while but recently tried to reinstalled it and I can't get it working.
When I go to the DB control panel and try to connect to postgre it tells me
"A connection to PostgreSQL could not be made...."
I have User control off and can't seem to figure out why it is not working. When I installed Postgre i got a couple error messages stating.
1. failed to connect to the database. Procedural languages files are installed, but not activated in any databases
2. Could not connect to server: Connetion refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "127.0.0.1" and accepting TCP/AP connections on port 5432
3. Failed to connect to the 'template1' database. Contrib files are installed, but are not activated in any databases

Any Idea's what Im doing wrong here.
