2nd computer broken!

Hey

I just got a new laptop a week ago but it has hard drive problems and I swapped it for a new one in Best Buy because it was under the 14 days since i brought it.

I know I am only allowed 2 licenses but I cant use the one i just got from you guys for the broken laptop and so was wondering if it would be ok if you could send me another one?

Hi, i cleared the code on a computer to move on an other. but On the other i have the message :
"No more activations allowed. You must first deactivate the software from the original machine before attempting to activate again."

But i've already did it!
