Requesting help with Custom Stats (Reports)

I could use some help. Also, if there's any easier way of getting this information when viewing Reports, let me know. Note that I would prefer to avoid using the Poppop Player Detail Window.

Is there a tutorial available? I've seen that people have come up with custom stats for rakeback and other things, so is there some formula for creating custom stats?
