possible to schedule backups?

is there a way to schedule a way to schedule backups? this is how it would work in my dream scenario:

every 5-6 days, HM makes a backup of the current database and stores it somewhere. ideally it would put it on the web somewhere, or next best onto my external hard drive, or next best onto my computer's hard drive.

then if everything went to hell, i could get restore my backup database and request my last 7 days of hands from pokerstars so that i wouldn't be missing any hands.

This is not possible right now. However, you can just backup your processed hands folder for a backup
