Absolute Poker SnG tourneys results "Not Finished" tracking data

Hi,
I use HEM and AP. I played around 800 SnG tourneys but only "780 completed", "19 not finished" and "1 unknown buyin"
How do I make HEM to track all the SnG results?

Edit them under Tourney -> Results -> Data View or import tournament summary which you should be able to request in the AP software
