NEW ongame software doesnt work with HM anymore

Was there an update today? HM doesn't work at all. No importing, no hud.

@gutari: seems to be the same problem that i have. HM is not recongnizing some of the pots that "hero" wins at the showdown

now when i upgraded to 23a it doesnt import anything, and there is one "handhistory.log" in the P5/handhistory directory so when i play new hands and ongame writes new hands to the log, the importer doesnt notice anything.

Help ASAP please, and ask if i wrote something unclearly :P

HUD doesnt work at PokerIdol.
HandHistory seems to be working but sometimes not.

Please check the Task Manager for the exact name of the Ongame site program, most likely PokerIdol.exe

Add this to \holdem manager\config\Exenames.txt file:

10,ExactProcessName.exe

Try to import the file via import file and then delete the handhistory file from the handhistory folder. The autoimport has a performance problem at the moment. (which will be addressed in next HoldemManager update) So you should start every session with an empty handhistory file.

I dont have PokerIdol option in site list for a preferred seat ... Should i set OnGame?


P.S.
Set OnGame - seems it works!
But I have another problems:

- the position of the HUD of other players cant being saved - Im forced every time to fix it again in right circle... ( I checked the option Save the posion in Table manager)
- the position of cards (alingment) of previous hand also mixed up in wrong way

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.
