Just purchased the program but...

Hey i just purchased the program using moneybookers, got the confirmation that it has been paid and so far nothing... no serial no email...
does anyone know if there is like a 24h period to receive serial and use the program?

i have the same problem, i paid with creditcard though, so there shouldnt be any problem there, i also see no mailingadress for problems like this in the support section

anybody know whats going on?, otherwise im just gonna withdraw the payment i think

thought it said something like 12 hours or so, but i purchased it like 3 days ago, could an admin please help me or refer me to someone that can?

Ohh 3 days..... i just bought it like 2hrs ago.. scared me there... try emailing one admin to see... i already sent them an email

You should recieve it within 12 hours, if you didnt there was either a problem with the email being recieved or it may have slipped into the spam folder, if it isnt there please email support@holdemmanager.net and Roy will reissue it, sorry for the delay
