I got the stat values from an article I read a pro wrote.
He also suggested what stats to look for in Omaha.
That is how I arrived at these stats and numbers.
I cannot find the article--thought I saved to hard drive, but did not.
Anyway, I looked and looked for an explanation for these stats.
I will begin with what I found in Holdem Manager FAQ

Somewhere in the Forum or FAQ is a list of how every stat is
calculated.
