Player not in player list. No hand stats. Full Tilt Poker

I'm trying to setup Holdem Manager. I'm using the trial. The install worked and I also updated the software and re-created a new DB as outlined in this thread:

My HM version is v1.08.04

Auto import will notice the files but 0 hands are imported and there are a number of errors in the error stat.

My name doesn't show up in the player list.

I'm using Full Tilt Poker

Is there a log that will show me what the error counter is finding in the HH?

As an additional note. The hand histories have been with play-money. Not sure if that makes a difference.
