Hi, i buy the HM professional and i play in bestpoker , and to work in bestpoker need a handgrabber.
I installed ongame handgrabber and when I click on "launch site" the program tells me I have to install the bestpoker software. The problem is that bestpoker is already installed. What could be causing this?

I have mansionpoker too , and mansion is a ongame site , and mansion work and bestpoker no.
what can make that problem?

Yes the problem is we dont know how to fix this as its a problem with handgrabber not Holdem Manager so youll need to contact their support for a solution.
