problem in reports area

everything on HM is working fine but the Reports area dont open. just stay "processing" for houers and dont open it.

i use windows vista, i already the step of remove winner name cards and winnerwon. i play on Party poker. i didint try nothing more from FAQ, im seding a SS of my Holdemmanager, for u look wats going on

Can you try removing the alias and instead just try searching a username rather than an alias.

Also it may be that there is no reports set so see this thread http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/s...hlight=reports

tried with a player and still dont work.
has no report folder on holdemmanager folder.
each time i try go, it tells no reports have been configured. i think same problem but here dont have the folder.
