No prefetch only works for PokerStars (and Full Tilt)
Live Tracking is possible on PartyPoker.

I read about Live Tracking in a couple of threads, but I still don't understand what it is. What exactly does it do?

With live tracking:
-1 you can enable to see pot odds
-2 you can add the stat: Misc--> BETTING to your HUD
Add "Betting" to a separate line in your HUD, and you can see the street by street actions of your opponents:
X: check
C: call
B: bet
F: fold
etc.
CF: check-fold / XC: check-call
