    I put the key, I login into my HM account, I press register, seems all fine and then beta version has expired

    Delete the c:\programdata\xheoinc\sharedlicenses\holdemmanage r2.lic

    You might have to show hidden files:

    Did it, not working

    It re-directs me to: Free Hold'Em Manager Poker Tracking & Analysis Software. and HM2 says no valid license found and it quits

    Really? This is me:

    "You were added to the Open Request list for an HM2 Beta product code on 08/13/11 and are currently #3481 on the list."

    I've moved up maybe 1000 places since August 13.

    Codes are released based on different factors regarding the build. There were a lot of changes in that stretch that affected the code release pattern.

    Where can I find the w8 list for the licence key's.Or where can I see if I did opt-in or not?

    Log into Hold'em Manager Poker Software - Best Poker Tracking Software with the email you used for hm1. See if it shows your info, if not, click the request beta key license.

    How do I recive the beta key license? e-mail?

    There is no 'list'.

    Once you have logged in there should be a bold red 'request hm2 beta' link at the top of your page. If it is not there, you need to upload your HM1 code for it to appear. Once you have requested a code it will show your number on the wait list queue, instead of the link to request a code.

    If still having problems, try the following:

    1 - Sign out of the site and close your browsers. Clear your cookies, web cache, etc. Re-open browser, try again.

    2 - If still having problems: What page are you on when you attempt to enroll? If you are on the home page, click through to the My Account page and try from there. If on the My Account page, try clicking back to the home page and trying again.
