    Default Hud is blinking

    Hi there,

    Just downloaded the new HM2.

I use tiled tables on stars with my i7 Windows 7 computer.

When I switch from table to table, the HUD blinks for a second.

Another word, whenever I click on a table, its HUD blinks once.

I used to use HM and just tried it. This problem does not exist.

This makes it very annoying to multi 20 tables whenever i click anything the hud blinks.

    Please help.

Export any huds you have created.

Delete the prefs.xml file in c:\program files\holdemmanager2\configs folder and in

    7: C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

Showing hidden files: How to show hidden files in Windows 7

    XP: c:\documents and settings\\appdata\HoldemManager

    Showing hidden files: Microsoft Corporation

    uninstall, reinstall

    http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe

    Import the HUDs you exported.

    Thank you,

    Chris

    Hi,

I've got a similair problem to the above poster, except that along with blinking, there are also HUD panels moving/stretching and then returning to the intended positions every few seconds. Prior to trying the deleting of the prefs, I reinstalled HM2, postgresql, created new DB, nothing helped. Then I deleted the prefs.xml and the HUD works.

But it doesn't work automatically, I have to use table finder in order for HUD to appear. I noticed the time is offset by 2 hours, so I set it back to 0, it didn't work. Then i tried deleting the prefs, reinstalling HM2, importing HUD and changing the offset to 0 before playing, but I still have to use table finder. I'm playing on Coral and I'm only using NC stats.

What else can I do? I'm open to teamviewer session if neccessary.

Does it happen on a HUD without NC badges?

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Feature Logging

    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
    - Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support?

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
    Regards udbrky (Chris)
