Can't update to .07 having .06g and a big database

my CPU have a "not responding" error when i open HEM after the .07 update and accepted the fact that they will analyse my database to get new stats and other stuff.
I want to update not to get new stats, but to have TAble scanner work properly because it doesn't scan table that i'm in or on waiting list and is very slow in the scanning process.
what do you suggest me? because i'm aware that my database is very big but i'm ready to wait for the scan but it crashes everytime!

"Not responding" just means that the database update is running in the background. This can take some hours. So i suggest you just let it run over night.
