Holdem Manager 2 HUD not showing hero stats- note caddy stopped working

my hero stats worked for the first 4 days or so of running but for the last 5 days the hud for hero stats no longer shows up. how can I fix this?
also same problem with notecaddy. it no longer takes notes in real time or for imported files. any suggestions?

This should be fixed with the latest update. Did you already run a auto-update? Which build are you using (check it in the windows title)

I've updated it every time I've been prompted. when I check for update it tells me I'm running the latest version

note caddy is now working again but hero hud is still not working

Does it not show? Or does it not update?

Did you try with a new DB?

it just doesn't show up at the table. every other players shows up. As far as I can tell every option in HM2 that says show hero hud is checked

Odd this just happened to me. My stats showed for the first day, then today the hero stats are no longer there. I have the current version, 2.0.04859
