Hands import properly on Full Tilt but not Poker Stars

Please tell me why I get accurate stats from tournaments
played on Full Tilt and NOT on Poker Stars.

With Poker Stars I must always go and manually adjust
the tournament size, finished position, and any winnings.

Tournaments being recorded wrong on Poker Stars, that has always been a problem.

This information is recorded correctly on Full Tilt, don't understand why it does not happen on Poker Stars

It's a real pain and I don't understand why stats are
OK for Full Tilt and not Poker Stars, makes no sense to me.

I have the most current HEM 108.3

My friend is having the same problem---but only with his HUD. He plays on both Full Tilt and Stars, has them both importing hands successfully, but the HUD only works for him on Full Tilt as of today. He just downloaded a new Stars update today, so that could have screwed something up. However, we are sure that it can import hands on Stars successfully because he just played one and they imported even after the update. His issue is only limited to the HUD and only for Stars...it works elsewhere.

Did you guys solve this issue previously?
