Default Database Restore Taking a Long Time

I just got a new computer and I'm in the process of restoring my database. I have a large database of over 5MM hands and my computer has been frozen for a long time (over a day) when I restore my database. I've done this before, and I remember it taking a while. Is that normal?

Unusual that it would take this long, i guess if it continues much longer youll have to kill it which isnt ideal but looks like it has frozen if its going that long, ideally if possible id hold out another while rather than killing the process as that can sometimes mess up postgreSQL
