Successfully deactivated - can't reactive on different install

Hi,

I successfully deactivated my license and now tried using the license on the same PC with just a different OS (Win7 RC). However when trying to activate it tells me that I have already 2 active PCs running HM.

As a side note: there doesn't seem to be a way of telling which profile # a given PC is using. I think it would help avoid confusion if this info was available.
