Created a new db - Need my old HUD config

I have been told that there is a way to transfer my hud from my old database to my new database but cant figure out how to do it.

My old db is still availabe on the same computer.

Connect to your old database.
Go to hud options--> player preferences--> export HUD

Connect to your new database
Go to hud options--> player preferences--> import HUD (and select the file you just named the exported HUD)
