Default No HUD on table or only 3 hands showing?

If you do not get a HUD on your tables, here are some steps to take:

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR POKER CLIENT IS INSTALLED IN ENGLISH AND YOUR HAND HISTORIES ARE SAVED IN ENGLISH.

Please see this FAQ for setting up your auto import folders for sites:

Information About Setting Up Poker Clients

    1. Is the poker client saving HH's to your computer? Check in the options to make sure it is checked. Open up the folder they save to and make sure there is a file in there that is being updated. For microgaming sites, you will need to manually archive the gamehistory.dat file regularly - every 10k hands or so by cut/pasting it into your c:\hmarchive folder into the current day's folder, or creating a folder for it. Then restart the client to create a new game history file.

    2. Is the client's HH folder listed in the HM2 Auto Import file list in Site Setup?

If not, click auto detect. There are some folders that might not be detected, especially non-standard locations. Click add and point to your folder to add the folder.

    3. If you are not on the same time zone as the site server, you need to adjust the time in site Setup. Click auto detect. If it does not detect for some reason, take your time and subtract the client server time. Enter this in the site time adjustment. This step needs to be done before playing.

    4. Open the Sessions Ribbon. Hands should be importing after step 2. Look at the session handsview columns on the right. Make sure that the time listed for these hands matches your computer clock when you are playing. If not, you'll need to go to Site Setup for the network and change it.

    5. For some sites/tables you may have to use the table finder. Look to see that the table is listed under session info in the active tables. Then click table finder. Highlight the name of the table and drag the target onto the corresponding table. Click "OK" when it asks if you wish to apply the HUD to that table.

Please remove c:\hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive, as well as any folder to which your auto import folders are set to archive, from your auto import folders. This just creates a loop of importing and archiving and slows down your HUD, perhaps even causing it not to show up, and in some cases a crash, as Windows cannot handle the file names.

This includes any kind of a datamining folder. DO NOT PUT THESE FOLDERS IN YOUR AUTO IMPORT FOLDERS LIST

Also, Make sure that your HUD Options - HUD Filters - Last x months is set to between 1 and 120.

    - Does one HUD work, but another not?

Please export the HUD that does not work, then import that file and delete the previous HUD.

As of March 10, any site in the US has moved their server time forward one hour for daylight savings time. This can affect your HUD, as HM2 will think the hands are not currently being played. Please see Hand Importing - Site Time Adjustment to make adjustments.

Check your current session, make sure that the time you are playing matches your computer's clock.

    *** UPDATE *****

As of November 4, US sites have moved their server time back one hour for daylight savings time. Please adjust your site time adjustments back if necessary.

If you have recent Stars issues, please check on this:

For HM1, Please update to this version:

    http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For HM2, Please update to this version:
    http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...r_2_Update.exe

You'll need to go to Stars' Options menu.

In the Hand History Folder location, check the location of the folder and make sure that it is in the list of Auto Import Folders in Hand Importing. Do the same with Tournament Summaries.

You may need to manually change the entries.

You might also need to manually import the hands from the folder and move to the archive.

If that does not work, it's because HM had already tried to process and reads them as non-hh or already imported. Please create a new database in database management. Then import the hands. You can export these hands and import into the original database.

    For Zoom specific issues:

Add holdemmanager, hmimport, hmhud, the easyhook files and the stars files in the hm program files folder, along with the stars.exe file, postgres and pg_ctl files from postgres\bin to your exceptions in your firewall and antivirus.

Make sure all are running as administrator.

Make sure that you have at least 10% free space on your hard drive. If it fills up, it corrupts your postgres installation, corrupting the database and causing the HUD not to show

If you still cannot get a HUD, please email hm2support@holdemmanager.com with the answers to these questions:

    1. What exact version of Holdem Manager are you using?
    2. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
    3. Which type of game(s) are you playing? (NL, FL, Omaha, SnGs, MTT)
    4. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
    5. Often times, it is one setting or option that's not correct in your poker client. Please see our Detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with poker sites to make sure your poker site is saving Hand History files.
    6. Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the folder that you configured in HM to auto import from.
    7. If you think the hands are importing the please go to the reports TAB, select your username and run a report with all filters off to confirm they have imported.
    8. If the hand histories show up in the auto import folders, but they're not importing into the database, please create a new database and try importing some hands to test if it's a corrupt database. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database
    9. Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work? http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...r+to+Show+HUD+
    10. If you open the hand history files, are they written in English?
    11. If you continue to have problems, please attach your log.txt file -
