If this is for insta scan this is a known issue. A fix is supposedly in the works.
The CAP filter currently is still not working properly. That will be fixed in a future update.
Note: it hasn't been working properly for months, so apparently this "fix" is more difficult than you'd expect.

Can we get an ETA? It's been broken forever and makes instascan almost unusable for me

Updated. Although it appears something else is wrong. Running classic scan I see 28 tables. If I switch to insta scan I see 14. No format filters.
Edit* More Filter Problems: If I "X" out deep tables they still show up in the results. If I "check" CAP tables I get the message no tables were found. The filters seems absolutely broken... ?

Insta-Scan: Restart HoldemManager and try running a CAP only scan again.

"Could not find any tables that meet your criteria...."
Filters set to Yes for CAP and "Do not care" for everything else.
Exactly which stakes are you scanning, 6max or full ring?
