That's not possible in HM1.
And will be possible in HM2.

And it will be possible in HM2 to reset the HUD with every new player who seats at the table? Im just thinking in anonymous tables
Yes, however the "reset" feature hasn't been implemented yet in the current HM2 beta.
HM2 will also offer a vsHero HUD, so you can see how often your opponents 3bets/foldsto3bet, specifically against YOU. (so you can switch between the entire table's overall stats, vsHERO stats, and session stats... and reset them)
