HEM doesnt auto import

Hi,

My HEM 1.11.07a doesnt auto import my hands when I play. It does find my tables with the other tab, but it says 0/2 players. Also, the HUD has neaver appeared on PokerStars. I play on PokerStars, use Norton Security as firewall and play heads up sit and go's. Can anyone please help me?
