HUD takes over an hour to display stats

I think this is a trivial mistake on my part and something to do with the auto importing im doing but not sure, when I enable auto import which launches the HUD, the tables im on will be added to the HUD tables popup, but no data will appear on my tables. Then, after around 90 minutes all the data completely appears on each table. If anyone can tell me the stupid thing im doing which is preventing the stats appearing immediately i'd be most grateful! Thanks!

Can you reinstall HM:

1) Make a backup of the "Config" folder in a safe location, this folder is in the RVG Software\Holdem Manager\ folder
2) Export your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
3) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
4) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
5) Reboot your computer
6) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...demmanager.zip
7) Upgrade HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe
8) Test if it works for a while and if it does proceed to step 9
9) Overwrite the backuped "holdemmanager.config" file in the new Config directory to recover your settings
10) Test if it works again for another while and if it does proceed to step 11
11) Import your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
12) Test if it works

Thank you very much for the concise response, I've followed each step carefully and HEM is working very well, except:

Now the HUD and Table Manager are not launching, both when auto-import is launched, or when I click re-launch? Once this is fixed im sure HEM and Hud will be working spot on after these steps. Thanks!
