    Default notes in the replayer

    is there any possibility to add notes on players while in the Replayer? or any other way to add notes after a game?

    Yes, you can add them via the hud notes symbol in the replayer or in the player details.

    and in some situations you can right click on a player name to get a detail window

    is the a shortcut to open the note window in the replayer?

    Start the auto import.
    Replay a hand in the replayer.

    And the HUD should appear at all the hands in the replayer.
    Just click on the note icon in the HUD of a player you want to take note on.
