Copy to clipboard error

I clicked on the hand and then selected copy to clipboard...
but this comes out

You have to select format there - Simple text or any other

This happens randomly.

You can right click a hand (or multiple hands) and select copy, then paste into notepad, or your desired location. I've seen this happen less than 5% of the time.
