    Default Scheduled Maintenance of www.holdemmanager.com

    Hi,

We have scheduled maintenance on www.holdemmanager.com which could affect both the forums and HM2 licensing during this period, i dont have an accurate downtime but it could be several hours. If your using HM2 during this time i recommend not restarting it if possible as it may disable HM2 during the maintenance.

You may also experience downtime on the forums and delays with email inquiries, we apologize for the inconvenience.

    Thanks
    Holdem Mananager

No, it should not affect the HM1 licenses, AFAIK.

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.com

If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

It is due to the maintenance.

The site should be back up and HM2 live within a couple of hours.

Is HMSync down? I was able to register my new copy of HM2 no problem, and imported my hands, didn't seem to be a problem, but I can't access HMSync. There's a notice saying it will be down Nov 1 - Nov 2 but no further details. I'm gagging to use it!

    Default Hm2 doesn't work

    Hello,
i'm from France, i don't speak a very good english, so excuse my language.

When i open HM2, "this beta version has expired"
    "OK"
i register my copy of HM2.
for the serial number, i tape my code of HM2beta. i only have this one.
    "Register"
"A valid licence for HM was not found. HM will now exit"
    or
"Errors while registering with server. Retry or if problems persist please contact customer service"

    i buy HM1 after the 1st may 2011,
    HM1 works good

what should i do for HM2 works good?

    thank you.

The beta codes are no longer valid. Skip the Registration and use the Try button for now, until you get new HM2 code.

If you purchased after May 1st you should be able to log in and purchase the new code using your 100% upgrade discount.

    Click ok

    7/Vista:
Same process, but click organize/Search & Folder Options/View
