My hud doesnt work on microgaming when it comes down to HU at the 6max tables. As soon as a third player sit it all works perfect again. Any idea what is causing this issue?

This a a HoldemManager bug we're aware of.
There currently is no fix for this.

Honestly, I doubt it will ever get fixed for HM1.
Let me know if it's fixed in the HM2 beta, or also occurs there.

Ive ben struggling with this same problem and no solution.
Is it known how much HEM2 will cost for existing HEM1 users? Will you have to reinstall everything from scratch or will it just be a patch that one will install over ones existing HEM1 ?

Upgrade cost information isn't released yet.
HM2 will be an entirely separate program with its own database.
It will be able to import all your settings (and database) from HM1.
