Default HM 1.8 problem on WinXP x64 - solved

I'm running Windows XP Pro x64, just installed HM. Postgres is running and the HM database is available there.

Right after it said my activation has been successful it throws a dialog:

    ---------------------------
    DBControlPanel.exe - Application Error
    ---------------------------
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click on OK to terminate the application.
    ---------------------------
    OK
    ---------------------------

I launched DBControlPanel.exe manually and set the connection and from then on it worked fine.

So the problem is solved but I'm reporting it anyway in case you want to improve your exception handling.
