As the usual solution didn't work, please create a support ticket https://support.holdemmanager.com/user/mytickets/ and make sure to include log files so that a root cause for this issue can be identified.

    Hello,
I have the same problem since today, unable to open NC and it does not work anymore.
Do you have some idea to fix it ?
    Thanks a lot.

    Hello,

We are aware of an issue preventing Notecaddy from launching. We were able to replicate it already and are working to get it fixed ASAP. Expect a fix coming very soon.

If you cannot wait to get back to the tables, closing HM3, closing the "holdem manager server" and deleting your NC settings file. This is usually located here: C:\Users\[WINDOWS_LOGIN]\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\AppsData\NoteCaddy. MOVE (not copy) the notecaddy folder to the desktop to act as a backup. Then restart HM3. It should allow to enable Notecaddy and then Have the normal options to Show Notecaddy/caddyreport. This is the workaround that should work for now as the fix is not implemented.

    Hello everyone,

Notecaddy have pushed a fix for this and as soon as you start HM3, Notecaddy will update.

After HM3 starts, make sure Notecaddy is Enabled. If disabled start it and wait a few seconds. It will give you the option to Show Notecaddy / CaddyReport / Disable.

Go to Show Notecaddy and make sure it is the version 9006.

I am having the same issue with Notecaddy in HM3. The caddy report doesn't appear and Notecaddy won't launch. I am not happy as I just paid $60 for HM3 and one of the most important features isn't working.
