    Default ZOOM HUD issue

hey guys, just another zoom hud thread...
i tried to find solutions from the million other threads to this issue but i failed, sorry...

i updated stars and HEM after a 2 weeks break and HUD isnt showing ("waiting for hands")...

    i run evthing as admin
i renamed my HH-folder (PS added that username)
    didnt help.

when i use tablefinder it starts working, but it doesnt refresh every new hand... if i 'refresh' via tablefinder, it shows the HUD of the last hand and thats it...

pls help, thank you very much

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Did you update HM2 to build 8175?

Add blitz.dll and starscommunicator.hm2 from the HM2 folder to the exceptions list of your antivirus program.

hey pat, as always thank you very much for your quick answer...

the virus scan (AVIRA) was the problem.
i shut the thing down and it instantly worked. then after some hickhack with avira over admin rights (despite being the administrator, i have to open the controlcenter with rightclick => as admin to get those changes done), i got them tagged as exceptions and now everything is a charm again.

thanks again and with best regards

    Hi,
My HUD was working fine after de update of HM2, but today it stopped working on zoom tables.
I desactivated the firewall on McAfee to see if that was the problem but still not working

    Turn on Windows Firewall.
Set exceptions to holdemmanager.exe, and pokerstars.exe.

In McAfee set exceptions for blitz.dll and statscommunicator.hm2 from the Program Files(x86)/HoldemManager2 folder

Make sure the lobby language of PokerStars is in English.
