Just started a trial. SnowieApp imported 10.000 hands. This is showing in my account information:

HUD is working fine for me, except the hero HUD isn't showing any stats. I do have the correct settings. Is this a known issue?

This could well be me. And I have no working HUD at all. The bug ticket 7275 has been there for months. It is really annoying that his can't be solved any quicker.

The problem is likely that HM2 does not recognize me as the Hero at the table. This is causing both issues. Any idea how to fix?

No luck. I did exactly as you described. Then I started HM2 and PokerStars client. I fired up one table of ZOOM. HUD is instantly messed up as described in first post.
