Already did the 6 steps on the email i got from Chris and Denise from support. Also i can say that HUD and importing seems to be working on HM1, and they doy work from pokerstars and WPT Poker on...

Now my hands are not imported correctly, i tryed to import them in 3 different databases, in each one they show different loss or win value. and in even the hands played. allmost 98% rush 2%...

In rush some times the HUD only shows the "Settings|Hud name" VPIP but no stats at all , now it just doesnt wanna work for me :(
