caddy report shows no new hands either. i did some test runs with random hands and got this

Trying to get my prem note caddy working on everleaf and it reads my hands but creates no new notes... also before when i used it for the first time it had me go through process to add which...

when will this be? have been without hem for like a week now. thanks

well i dont know , i have a fast comptuer . running xp... have done alll the .net fix's and if i get more than 500 hands in a sesion and go to check my graph or minamize HEM2 the whole computer slows...

is there a way i can use note caddy with HEM1 ?? HEM2 has so many issues atm its unreal it made it past beta.

thanks i appreciate the effort. If i hadn't tried the beta and realized how awesome notecaddy was i wouldnt be so impatient ... so i guess its a backhanded compliment to how good the product is :)...

when will there be a new update for this do you think? my 60$ software has proved usless for the first 5 days after i have paid for it.

turned off "turbo hand graber" ... reset and started again froze exactly at 38,000 again . . . . . .

also it seems to be stalling at the same time each time... hand 38,000 out of 93664. that was after reseting the notes twice and doing it. same spot. not sure if that helps any

could it be something im not doing right? or dont have setup properly?

lol why does it say on the update release page that the note caddy thing is fixed, than its not. i think thats the most tilting part of it all... anyways, updated again today and it still stalls....

it seems like 80% of my displayed numbers have this going on... can we make it a priority? it deems the whole program pretty useless if i can't read exact figures.
