Thanks for the reply.
Can HEM3 not simply assume 8-max for MTTs where there are >6 seats?
I am not aware of any 9+ max tournaments!

This was a problem with HEM2 too. :( I hoped that the upgrade would fix the problem - alas, no!
Every time I fire up a new iPoker (Grosvenor) 8-max MTT, HEM3 mis-detects the number of seats....
It does indeed appear to have been a problem with IPv6, on the *client* side.
Instead of registry-tinkering, I went to
Open Network and Sharing Centre -> Change adaptor settings -> Ethernet
...
Thank you for the reply.
Any chance you can hold my hand a *little* more please?
1. Unclear whether you mean "disable IPv6 [at the Windows level]" or "disable IPv6 in PSQL's configuration...
Last week my HUD was working fine.
I haven't changed anything since. It's possible Windows 10 has installed some updates.
I have the PSQL database on my laptop, and HEM2 + my poker clients...
Initially yes, I manually attached to the PKR game window in the usual way.
But as I said in my first post, although the HUD did attach and picked up the one initial hand, the HUD never updated...
Thanks for the reply.
Just for clarity: as far as HEM2 is concerned, it's not Microgaming, it's PKR.
Server-side yes, the games are on the Microgaming network.
But client-side, it's still...
Self explanatory title...
I've been playing a tourney since 19:52:16.
It looks like a few hands have imported. In the 'Active Session' / 'last 250 hands', five hands are showing, dated 20:12,...
I'm fairly sure the problem specifically occurs when I'm moved to a new table, or at the start of a tournament.
I'll try to create a HUD report when I get the chance.
I've noticed a problem with the HEM2 HUD for quite a while now.
The problem is specific to PartyPoker, and occurs when not all seats are occupied at a tournament table.
Often when the hand...
Just replying to confirm I DID get my PKR HUD working in the end...
The problem had nothing to do with my HEM2 database.
HEM2 was, as I suspected, simply failing to 'notice' the PKR window.

Thanks, I've found the folder.
Can't find the installer in that folder though.
Should the installer be called "8197_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe", or is the name at all obfuscated?
Is it likely to be in...
Where is that?
I can't find anything that looks like a HEM2 installer in C:\Windows\Temp, if that's where you mean.
On HEM2 start-up, sometimes it tells me there's a new version available.
There is a button to auto-download and install it.
Where is the actual update exe file downloaded to?
It would be handy...
"Are hands being saved?"
Yes, as I said, hands are importing fine.
Under the "Active Session" tab, I can see the imported hands, and I can double-click on the hands and replay them.
"Are hands...
I have updated to the latest beta (v 2.0.0.8165) so that I can import new PKR hand histories.
Hands are indeed importing (I'm playing a sit'ngo as I write this), but the HUD is not appearing. :(
...
What's the latest on this?
Is it fixed on HM2?
The problem still affects a subset of tournaments on PartyPoker - chiefly MTT satellites, it would seem.
For example, I don't get a HUD for the...
Until recently, HUD support for PKR was limited to one table, as all tables were displayed as 'panes' within a single PKR window. Thus HEM could not overlay a HUD for each active game.
However,...
How do I access this beta download?
When I click "Latest Beta" in your signature, it downloads the file "Holdem_Manager_Update1.12.09a.exe", not 1.12.10. :(
I've used PokerTracker 3 for a while now, but just purchased HEM.
In time, I may well end up using HEM to the exclusion of PT3. However......
Just for today, I want to carry on using PT3's HUD...
Ok I think it was a file permissions thing after all. I re-applied the access permissions so that literally everyone can access the new Program Files folder and everything beneath, and now the...
Thanks for the suggestion - didn't make any difference though.
I've noticed that nothing is being written to the pg_log folder.
I've check that it's not a firewall issue (and besides, everything...
My C drive filled up [edit: actually my D drive], so I carefully followed the instructions here to move my PostgreSQL data folder (all 18 Gig of it) to a second hard disk.
PostgreSQL is installed...
