I go into hud options player preferences and there is nothing there, i tried a trial game and the hud wont work and will not find any hands to import on stars. Is killing me hope you can help

I played a heads up tournie i lost and that is recorded in the results correctly but the last few hands arent there for me to review. Any ideas 99% are there though

my hands for today are in reports but not showing as results, all my other results are there its just todays for some reason. I can see them in the report section though so not sure whats happened....
