after i'd imported some hands (300k) HM is lagging as hell when i click on "Cashgame".

It takes up to a few minutes before i can see any results @ cashgame.

i found a solution to install HM again with the key and it works.
For 2 days.
Today i wanted to import some Hands, but when i click on "import handfiles"

Nothing happens!
...

How can i delete everything of Holdemmanager including any registry entrys ??

HM runs under vista, but i have other problems with vista, so cannot use it.

please help

Hey, after deleting everything, i started to download 1.06.03h Full setup and installed.
Then i tried to use the new or old key.
But always with the same problem:

"The serial number is invalid...

to both mail

cannot import any new hands. Also it s not possible to manage the database via HM. HM just shutdown and no popup for the database.

When i choose "Cash Games" i get the following...
